You can find some good natured people in there. If you find them you are the luckiest.

Dislikes

1.Can't learn anything because they are not ready to teach you. 2. For the benefit from project, people can remove you or can transfer any time. 3. People in there working for 15 to 20 yrs so they won't be any opportunity outside for them, so learning things from them is equal to impossible. 4. Very greedy for money. 5. People grow in there by doing slavery to TL & managers.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 3months before which can't resign
