Dislikes

There is no such dislike but as it's a growing company there are some but we can ignore them. Like infrastructure is in building state employee need to work from home. I guess it's okay as most of the employees are happy to work from home at there own comfort.

Appraisal process and management is terrible here, policies got changed according to company’s convenience, HR people are only concentrated on their self growth doesn’t care about company’s growth and never give any answers to your concerns.

Overall Experience is great. Good work culture and friendly colleagues. Company policies and managements are also good. Getting yearly bonus since last 2 years. Works on the latest technology.

Dislikes

You may work on some kind of work. Depending on your project you need to attend late-night client calls. You have to work on your own for skill improvements company does not provide any additional training. Salary is less as compared to market standards. The appraisal is average for all team members not based on your performance.
