There is a lot of politics, they never say no to there client and no upgradation of technology and even if do build projects in new technologies they always discard it after some time

Some of my colleagues were so much supportive as they helped me throughout. I worked there from around 2 and half years and other than my work I liked my supportive colleagues

Dislikes

There's a lot of politcs and work load was on another level and salary wasn't okay according to the work load. I always had to ask for salary which I don't like at all.

Work Details

When I joined this job, I felt it interesting but as the time passed I started feeling like I can't do this anymore as there was a lot of work load even after 7:00 pm I had to work a lot.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
