I worked in EDA Automation department under Priyadharshini Perumpal (The so-called Manager). The company working environment and work culture is very bad. There is no work-life balance. The manager doesn't have knowledge of automation/Technical skill or the managing skill. She is very good at bluffing, manipulating, and creating unnecessary politics to save her seat. The company does not follow its own policy, they make the employees work on weekends, and 11 to 13 hours a day but they don't pay OT and Comp off. The manager/ TL doesn't have the knowledge of the Project/job, so they fix a very bad timeline. We complained about the worst work culture to the management, but the management didn't took any action. The manager brings revenue to the company it seems so they won't take any action, if she is bringing revenue, she can do that because she is very good at manipulation and bluffing, there is a difference between cheating and earning but it looks like the company doesn't understand the difference. This clearly says how the company is desperate for money and how they don't care about the employees. After going through a lot I quitted my job, and along with me lot of other employees quitted their job. If anyone gets a job opportunity in ASM Digital Engineering in the Automation department, don't join, dealing with them is a crap job and a waste of time.
