By providing WFH opportunity they think that they have purchased that employee for 24x7. There is no work life balance. You won't get to log off on time from the day one. They will force you to extend your working hours from 10-12 hours even though they already know that they are not going get any results for that. Unnecessary meetings are organised 3-4 times a day just to waste employee's time and then asking him/her why the work wasn't done. Suddenly changing of daily targets by director Mr. Somesh taklu who doesn't know how much hard work an employee is doing to meet the daily targets. Aree bhai sherer pe dhyaan de damaloo ho rkha hai tu. Agar zindagi barbad krne ho toh b iss company mt Jana WFH dekh k warna pta nhi kb tum suicide na krlo. They don't care about employee's physical as well as mental health. They can force you to work on weekends as well. They force you to ask the candidate illegally about there passport copies and other confidential details .Lastly they think employee working under us won't get any other opportunity. Not a good environment, they have internal database which is accuick VMS, in which we have to find the candidates. No other search portals for searching the candidates. You don't get quality candidates on daily basis. They will pressurise for making submission but no one resolve your problem, management don't update there system. Very old resumes on accuick database. I had spent 3 months here, i didn't get any p.o, coz we are unable to submit right candidate on time coz of system. I was not the only one who had faced this issue. Several recruiter faces same issue on daily basis. I quit coz of system. They give salary on time. But work life balance is not good. Because they don't update there system. I would suggest don't join the organisation. I was making 250 calls on daily basis like a teller caller. They don't see your efforts. I don't like the system there, they are not upto date. They use old database for finding the candidates for IT positions. Not other portals provided by company like indeed, monster, job diva, ceipal ATS.

I don’t know if there is anything to be liked about this company. I have worked with 8 different staffing companies in my career of 17 years, but this company is the worst of all. They don’t have a plan for you before hiring but once you join, they throw all their problems on you and ask you to “Figure Out”. They wouldn’t even helpyou you in sorting out problems. Everything about ASK Consulting-management, process, system. Even the HR can’t talk in a proper way. They say something and do something else and when you mention about what they said, they would immediately disagree to it. No trust on employees.

No professionalism, not a good work culture, management is not good at all. They just hire and fire the employees. They do not value and respect the employees. I would suggest not to join ASK consulting ever.
