They lied on the first call that shift would start from 6.30 pm IST and end at 3.30 am IST, As the company works for US. But on the first they declared it as 6.00 pm to 3.30 am IST. They ask you to extend you shifts daily. Managers are worst, will call you and talk about personal questions. Sunil is one of the lead, As it is completely remote role, But He calls every one to his native place, If someone visits, He will give him all.tje opportunities to exceed in career will give them leadership opportunities etc. They will talk so sweet in beginning and then they will talk terribly later. They will ask you to work in weekend, And will tell every day that they'll fire you anytime....Read More

By providing WFH opportunity they think that they have purchased that employee for 24x7. There is no work life balance. You won't get to log off on time from the day one. They will force you to extend your working hours from 10-12 hours even though they already know that they are not going get any results for that. Unnecessary meetings are organised 3-4 times a day just to waste employee's time and then asking him/her why the work wasn't done. Suddenly changing of daily targets by director Mr. Somesh taklu who doesn't know how much hard work an employee is doing to meet the daily targets. Aree bhai sherer pe dhyaan de damaloo ho rkha hai tu. Agar zindagi barbad krne ho toh b iss company mt Jana WFH dekh k warna pta nhi kb tum suicide na krlo. They don't care about employee's physical as well as mental health. They can force you to work on weekends as well. They force you to ask the candidate illegally about there passport copies and other confidential details .Lastly they think employee working under us won't get any other opportunity. This company will show you real face from beginning, So called HR will ask your availability for the interview very late time after 12 am ist - 4 am IST, After confirmation you will wait for the panned but you will see nothing from ASK. Enjoy!!

They make you work 12 hrs. And doesn't matter if you are a lead, or CSM, you have to do hands on. And your calls, portal activities, everything will be monitored the entire time. They have no client hold, no strong clients but expectations are way too high. And in return of this much work from employees they do not even give a decent gift on diwali. I don’t know if there is anything to be liked about this company. I have worked with 8 different staffing companies in my career of 17 years, but this company is the worst of all. They don’t have a plan for you before hiring but once you join, they throw all their problems on you and ask you to “Figure Out”. They wouldn’t even helpyou you in sorting out problems.
