I am working at the Kolkata office and thank god some of the nuisances have to leave the company on 31st March 2023. They were not doing the work and even if they were doing it, it was poor work and because of them other team members had to rework. One of them was taking leave every week and went north for vacation before exiting fooling his coworker and spoiling the projects. The client spoke negatively a lot about his name but he was the most careless person In the team. This is the reason why this person is doing the same work for many years without growing. His batch mate has grown a lot compared to him. One of them called himself a manager but he never had any qualities of a manager. he just wanted to work from home against the company policy. It is good for the company that they exited on time and I personally feel bad for the company where they will work because they will not stay there too more than a year because of their nature and keep on spoiling the projects....Read More

I think this job would be a great stepping stone in my career. Team members are always kind and helpful. You get lots of different types of projects and time challenging work. You will get lots opportunities to learn different skills and work with different people's for different background. This will give you a chance to know how a project is handled. The only thing I like about ASC is colleague and Salary hikes. Extra Pay for weekend work.

Dislikes

The only one thing we do in office is work-work and work!! There is nothing like Annual Party, Festival Celebration, Annual Tour. Management only talks about your work and the extra leaves you have taken. Management has to be better in terms of leaves and attendance policy. More restrictions than other BIM companies.
