Thank god some people left the company ( I think they should play football everyday) , work from home and go to Kashmir every month for vacation. Of course this was on lighter side. But there were some bugs who were corrupt and highly poor in commitments. Good bye losers.

I am working at the Kolkata office and thank god some of the nuisances have to leave the company on 31st March 2023. They were not doing the work and even if they were doing it, it was poor work and because of them other team members had to rework. One of them was taking leave every week and went north for vacation before exiting fooling his coworker and spoiling the projects. The client spoke negatively a lot about his name but he was the most careless person In the team. This is the reason why this person is doing the same work for many years without growing. His batch mate has grown a lot compared to him. One of them called himself a manager but he never had any qualities of a manager. he just wanted to work from home against the company policy. It is good for the company that they exited on time and I personally feel bad for the company where they will work because they will not stay there too more than a year because of their nature and keep on spoiling the projects....Read More

I think this job would be a great stepping stone in my career. Team members are always kind and helpful. You get lots of different types of projects and time challenging work. You will get lots opportunities to learn different skills and work with different people's for different background. This will give you a chance to know how a project is handled. I know other companies give 3-4 months to perform but this company is giving much more support and time. At times, some time adjustment and work-from-home were also provided and were supportive. Recently a fresher joined the company and that person was very unprofessional and fighting with everyone. Where do these people come from? That person was fresher and criticizing the manager but the fact is that fresher was good for nothing. that fresher has worked for very few days but made everyone's life difficult. I heard that person ran away because that person did not even know Excel and did not know how to operate computers. I must say such people should be qualified for the job and not lie in the interview just to get the job.
