I am working at the Kolkata office and thank god some of the nuisances have to leave the company on 31st March 2023. They were not doing the work and even if they were doing it, it was poor work and because of them other team members had to rework. One of them was taking leave every week and went north for vacation before exiting fooling his coworker and spoiling the projects. The client spoke negatively a lot about his name but he was the most careless person In the team. This is the reason why this person is doing the same work for many years without growing. His batch mate has grown a lot compared to him. One of them called himself a manager but he never had any qualities of a manager. he just wanted to work from home against the company policy. It is good for the company that they exited on time and I personally feel bad for the company where they will work because they will not stay there too more than a year because of their nature and keep on spoiling the projects....Read More

I am in a field which I love. 3D modelling is what I like to do, and being here allows me to do that. Saturdays off. This rarely happens in Civil Engineering field.

Dislikes

Almost 10 hours working each day. You don't get much time for yourself. . Sometimes it happens that an email or a call comes at nearly the End of the Day. And we have to deliver it in the same day. Ultimately extending the work day.
