I am working at the Kolkata office and thank god some of the nuisances have to leave the company on 31st March 2023. They were not doing the work and even if they were doing it, it was poor work and because of them other team members had to rework. One of them was taking leave every week and went north for vacation before exiting fooling his coworker and spoiling the projects. The client spoke negatively a lot about his name but he was the most careless person In the team. This is the reason why this person is doing the same work for many years without growing. His batch mate has grown a lot compared to him. One of them called himself a manager but he never had any qualities of a manager. he just wanted to work from home against the company policy. It is good for the company that they exited on time and I personally feel bad for the company where they will work because they will not stay there too more than a year because of their nature and keep on spoiling the projects....Read More

I think this job would be a great stepping stone in my career. Team members are always kind and helpful. You get lots of different types of projects and time challenging work. You will get lots opportunities to learn different skills and work with different people's for different background. This will give you a chance to know how a project is handled. The only one thing we do in office is work-work and work!! There is nothing like Annual Party, Festival Celebration, Annual Tour. Management only talks about your work and the extra leaves you have taken. Management has to be better in terms of leaves and attendance policy. More restrictions than other BIM companies.

Thank god some people left the company ( I think they should play football everyday) , work from home and go to Kashmir every month for vacation. Of course this was on lighter side. But there were some bugs who were corrupt and highly poor in commitments. Good bye losers.

Salary structure I get salary on last day of the month Company helps and reimburse medical expenses for family I like the projects level and company quality standards. I am learning too much.

Only one thing I did not like is few people ( fortunately those trouble maker are out of company from 31 March). There were 3-4 people one of them called himself BIM coordinator and one of them called him self electrical manager. They created mess and other have to clean up. One of them was caught and he ran away on vacation to north india for long time. I personally saw them not working and taking other people’s work credit. I think. They can not stay in any company for long time because they always crib but don’t want to work honestly. I hope my company will pass their track record to next or next to next company when company will be asked for employee verification. Muje lagta hai ki dusri company ko pata chalana chahie about them. First of all my co-workers in the office. They are all supportive. I had ups and downs during my duration but I got a lot of support and time to prove myself. Recently a fresher joined the company and that person was very unprofessional and fighting with everyone. Where do these people come from? That person was fresher and criticizing the manager but the fact is that fresher was good for nothing. that fresher has worked for very few days but made everyone's life difficult. I heard that person ran away because that person did not even know Excel and did not know how to operate computers. I must say such people should be qualified for the job and not lie in the interview just to get the job.
