Never ever join as a neem trainee or contract based employee, company only use you to do there work and you will not get any type of benefits

Everyone like to work in MNC company , but once you join you will notice that there are so many unprofessional employees, management people are acting like they are owner of company and engineers working there as a ground level works , it's dark reality , neem works as just like a housekeeper, they are working under ITI holders.

when i was harassed by the security guard in the company .the company took immediate action against him.

i was only 17 years old when i was harassed by a security guard in the company.he was fired.now my apprenticeship training is also complete. now as the security guard must have come to know that our batch has left the compony . he called me again on 27 november 2024 and said that "you have not done anything wrong by complaining about me i have only been transferred". this means that i can be harassed by that person in the future and no one can take responsibility for it....Read More
