Don't have managment inside the company and always having money issues

Dislikes

Growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. I have to work 14-16 hours straight a day without getting over time. Managers do not value an individual unique strength there is no on job training for fresher. Don't provide any other allowance while making site visit.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
