Good environment for working and also management are very good.

New joinee employees didn't get opportunities to perform their talent. Senior employee didn't want to give opportunities to work

Everyone right from senior management to HR to other employees all are very good and understanding, great environment to work and very minimal work pressure

Dislikes

Career growth is slow and at one points learning curve comes at a halt. Senior management treats every deptt. differently especially at the time of appraisals. Some deptt. gets very good hike and some don't even gets a basic hike.

Worst place to work. Worst HR practices. You will be fired for no reason whatsoever anytime. No job security. Employee is harassed mentally and physically. No growth opportunity. No one will stand for you and if they do they too will be fired. Company is full of people from one family and then people in there relationships. If outside person joins he is just exploited. No promotions or hike. Atlast you won't be getting formalities from there side after you resign. They keep your money and dont offer your salary....Read More
