Worst company, no additional benefits, No work life balance, torturous management, team leads expects 2-3 days work to complete in one day and if not completed then sit hole night and complete the work or else won't expect the salary. The worst company

It was a terrible experience working with arteria technologies, simply they will treat you like a slave. If you have the knowledge or not just buy certificates and enter as experienced candidate, then you will get a good pckage. Freshers please don't even think of entering the company. If you join this company as a fresher they willexpect you to work for company as a slave for lifelong. They wont relieve you even after notice period after resignation. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
