Avoid this company- Working at aromatic garden essence as been nothing short of nightmare. The official shift was supposed to from 9:30am to 6:30pm, but in reality you are expected to stay till 9pm. Despite working extra hours, if you are just late by 10mins they have the audacity to deduct t he salary</mark>. Even they will ask to come on Sunday which you week off. Sick leaves practically nonexistent- taking one feels like a crime. The work culture is toxic. The company owner seems to believe that the employees are nothing more than there (naukar). It feels like prison more than workplace....Read More

Nothing is what I liked.

Dislikes

Aromatic Garden Essence is a poorly managed company with a toxic corporate culture. Employees are expected to work without any weekends off and are often forced to attend exhibitions during their supposed days off. There are no fixed working hours, leaving staff feeling constantly on edge. Personal space is nonexistent, and the envir onment is stifling. Unnecessary feedback sessions waste time and are rarely constructive<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary payments are irregular, requiring constant follow-ups via email and messages, which feels degrading</mark>. Innovation is stifled; new ideas are dismissed without consideration. The lack of support and appreciation contributes to a demoralizing atmosphere, making it clear that employee well-being is not a priority. Overall, Aromatic Garden Essence is a place to avoid if you value your time, mental health, and professional growth....Read More
