I liked nothing in this company except the collegue, but still collegues are leaving the company

The work Culture of the company is not Healthy as well as we are not getting paid on time and also get one month delay, have to do overtime for no reason no appreciation is given as well as simply getting yelled by the Boss if he has some bad day he'll yell and doesn't give salary and also has no appreciation. has no security of thejob. This company has crediting salary in the EMI method. I and my Collegue didn't receive salary for a month straight. My team lead did not receive salary for 3 months saying she did not perform well although she did a brilliant job monitoring us and handling the client and latter on removed from he company without giving her pay. It is also very hard to Source profiles because the requirements are verry tough.
