Terrible Job security. Bad management. No one bothers to help you here. If you ask questions, you will termed 'non-autonomous'. No KT, no documentation. They intentionally set you up to fail. Hire and fire company as I was put on PIP 2 months into my joining. Toxic culture as no one bothers about anyone else. Log in, Work and Log-off. Office cannot even ship required peripherals to your location. You have to collect it from the office. The management are least bothred about employees....Read More

No Induction, Poor and Biased Sr. Management in India, Politics, No career Growth for people, No Job-security (Hire and Fire Company). Salary/Compensation not at par with Industry. Management will ensure you are demotivated and harnessed regularly at work.
