Initial approach of the organisation towards newly joined employees

Dislikes

Unstructured and very whimsical management. Did not define proper job roles and activities. Did not provide proper documents for joining or work experience. Also did not clear the full and final settlement. There is a perso called Dinesh Batra who is responsible for cheating people and doing dirty politics. The organisation asked to resign without a valid cause and compensation.
