They provide good platform to build your career, Good work. Nice colleagues to work with. Good part is they have lot of fun at work place releasing stress. Same time deliverables has to be finished on time. HR policies are not great but good as per small company, lot of flexibilities

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. The main benifits for working with Areteminds is, if you are a favourite for them or making money for them then they will help you when you want any remote work or extra leaves but in case you are normal employee who is not making too much of money for them then they will not give you any benifits which we want in need.

Dislikes

They are very rude and selfish in terms of your issue, like if have any personal issue and if you want remote work or appraisal then they don't provide and if your time is came for appraisal then also they make 5-6 month delay on that.
