1)I Like to have No Job Security here. 2)They Bring 3 Freshers as your replacement before Hike cycle to blackmail you. 3)You get good exposure related to politics.

Dislikes

1)They promised for Work From Home. 2)Hike is delayed. 3) Politics is a major portion done by HR and Team Leads and manager. 4)They will offer you better package at the end of your Notice period and will trap you.
