They have a chain of system which helps you to understand your role.

Dislikes

This firm is less trusting in terms of job security. They fire poeple by giving unacceptable reasons. They will also ask you to multitask with several projects and they do not listen to the managers of the project which leads to their incapability to finish the projects.
