The company, managers and VP are not tech savvy. Therefore they would act like scavengers looking for new ideas to sell to top management for there promotion. And for that they would put resources to work.

Dislikes

The executive management enforce toxic environment intentionally. And leverage fear. You will be humiliated every sec and threatened of job security. The entire HR department was replaced twice. Teams are dissolved unethically. Even leader take exit after short span.

I have been keeping an eye on my manger and the OTHER GUY and I tried to check thatwho is worng here and I found that my manager was keeping the OTHER GUY safe.
