Nothing. But Archelons doesnt have hire and fire policy. So there will always be 1 or 2 people who do not do well and they have negative mindset. Now instead of asking them to leave, Archelons is very tolerant and keeps helping them to be successful. But some people dont change and these 1-2 people are the ones who damage the reputation of a co. as they are always cribbing whether internally or externally.
