...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Leaves. Only thing you will get apart from that zero knowledge and zero career growth in terms of salary too.

...decent hike is provide in my tenure This purely a consultancy services company When i resign no one is contact me for 40 days after 40 days manager connect me and ask me to retain and give me some proposal of salary hike etc. I served complete 60 days np, if you take any leaves in np, so np will increases.. 6 days working (Alternative Saturday working )

Archelons is one of the best consulting companies I know. Their incentives are truly amazing ! I have heard of people getting 7 L of incentives in just 3 months ! Excellent work environment and really supportive managers and leaders. The vibe and culture is so much fun and they have excellent clients and positions.
