I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Leaves. Only thing you will get apart from that zero knowledge and zero career growth in terms of salary too.

...company to work with. You will seriously feel like a servent. Cleaning utensils. No salary hikes. CEO and HR both are big liers.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...decent hike is provide in my tenure This purely a consultancy services company When i resign no one is contact me for 40 days after 40 days manager connect me and ask me to retain and give me some proposal of salary hike etc. I served complete 60 days np, if you take any leaves in np, so np will increases.. 6 days working (Alternative Saturday working )

Archelons is one of the best consulting companies I know. Their incentives are truly amazing ! I have heard of people getting 7 L of incentives in just 3 months ! Excellent work environment and really supportive managers and leaders. The vibe and culture is so much fun and they have excellent clients and positions. Opportunities to travel both national and international. Perfect work-life balance which is just an icing on the cake !

Working at Archelons is just awesome! Everyone here is super friendly & helpful. Leaders really do care about your growth & give you chances to learn new things. They encourage you to make mistakes as a way to learn. I always look forward to traveling, we recently went for our organization trip to Jim corbett. It was one of the best trips, played games, amazing food, music, party, awards, safari and lots and lots of laughter and all the memories created with everyone will never be forgettable.
