Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but growth is slow they don't provide any training to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt manything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste .

I have been a part of the organization from couple of months & I am glad that I took this decision of joining the company. Good working culture, positive environment, great learning experience, best experience was organization Goa trip where our family members were also invited. :)

Extremely supportive org. Encourage you to achieve your full potential. You will grow here faster than any other co. whether it is financially, designation, learning, work and even as a person you learn and evolve so much here. I agree with rest when they say excellent clients and the best incentive structure . Very well managed andorganized. People are fun to work with. And there is so much to learn from each one of them. Nothing. But Archelons doesnt have hire and fire policy. So there will always be 1 or 2 people who do not do well and they have negative mindset. Now instead of asking them to leave, Archelons is very tolerant and keeps helping them to be successful. But some people dont change and these 1-2 people are the ones who damage the reputation of a co. as they are always cribbing whether internally or externally. Archelons should ask such people to leave and not be tolerant to such people. Anyways, I think all companies will have a few such people who are always cribbing !...Read More

Character of a co. is reflected in tough times. And Archelons displayed that. During lockdown in Covid, they not just ensured suberb business continuity but they also released regular incentives . And that too of the amounts of 1L, 2L and even 3 L per quarter ! Hats off to them ! Excellent client list.
