Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...decent hike is provide in my tenure This purely a consultancy services company When i resign no one is contact me for 40 days after 40 days manager connect me and ask me to retain and give me some proposal of salary hike etc. I served complete 60 days np, if you take any leaves in np, so np will increases.. 6 days working (Alternative Saturday working )

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Archelons is one of the best consulting companies I know. Their incentives are truly amazing ! I have heard of people getting 7 L of incentives in just 3 months ! Excellent work environment and really supportive managers and leaders. The vibe and culture is so much fun and they have excellent clients and positions. Working at Archelons is just awesome! Everyone here is super friendly & helpful. Leaders really do care about your growth & give you chances to learn new things.
