Remuneration not equivalent to the work done nor with experience, and varied vastly among staff. My work was very tough, but fortunately we had a very supportive Team Leader. Which made an impact on the kind of positive outcome of that project (IPSWAM). The consultant group could make an impact on the gender discriminatory attitudesof local staff, again thanks to the support of the TL. Career growth-wise didn't see any opportunity within this organization. More like a one time input, and goodbye at the end. I wish Euroconsult provided such avenues where I could have applied my experiences. There was good mix of consultants from various countries, which gave opportunities to learn from one another....Read More
