...th no knowledge will get support n promotion and talented people are cornered. Bonus will be given every year but no salary hike. There is no proper performance matrix.HR team is not efficient.the main reason I left because of toxic environment and no growth.

There is nothing which you would like in arcadis except working hours and if you are in head office then it's location. Other than everything is worst and no future for your carrier.

...u at anytime at anywhere without considering your physical and mental challenge. And also they provide you very poor compensation for your profile in the industry. Very bad politics in office. And no carrier growth. And very soon Arcadis have to shut down his business in upcoming years as if it's running like this.

Salary is very low compared to your years of experience and market standards. Unimaginable presure for Project Mangers, no work life balance. Lacks good and competent team resources.

...onnaire sessions will be conducted by which we can refresh and gain knowledge. Pay will be on time without any delay. Work Culture is good. Very Professional.

Experience is not their concern, is to fill the seats with who accepts for lesser pay, which all businesses look for now a days = (Cheap Labour). Arcadis does that well, hence pay wont be as competitive as per the current market. Promises wont be kept in terms of increment and promotion. If not you there are so many out there type of attitude. Bose's are human also so they will only think of their own self and family so to get quicker promotions and increments and benefits those under them have to suffer with discrimination. After so much struggle when a person come up then he follows the same attitude since he suffered once to reach this height, so this will be a chain of life.
