Nothing to like in HR department

Gender discrimination, too much politics worst lady TA MANAGER speaks dirty and insults all woman employees being a woman and then talks about diversity within the team and worst operations department. If you keep the HR DEPARTMENT clean , this company will do even better.

Job security is excellent. Work culture is really great. Company policies are employees orientic.

Dislikes

There is nothing as I see to be disliked here. Career opportunities within the organisation are less and avenues for one's own personal and professional development would be challenge 2-3 years down the line when we will try to explore more roles within the organisation. They do no promote international relocation much.

Overall culture, support from management is good, policies are employee friendly. Senior Management has got really good vision about future projects and client requirements. Flexibility at work (especially during Covid time)

Salary hikes done sometimes as retention package! Some managers are backstabbers

Worklife balance is good.if you are not career oriented then you can join Arcadis India.Neither your supervisor nor management is transparent.due to favouritism, less qualified people with no knowledge will get support n promotion and talented people are cornered. do not recognize talent & hard work, people who praise managers get to recognize and benefit. HR will listen to everything but they won't take any action. work from home is given only a few people. team leads and managers need to be trained on how to manage work and people, they have no knowledge. Some low-level managers has regional bias which is left in-checked, some people get favoured treatment.
