Salary will be credited on time and jobs and responsibilities will be less. Payments to supplier will be processed on time.Nothing more than this.

Work culture is very worst, more fluctuation in requirement leads buyer to run fast to get the parts to feed to assembly. Low possibilities to learn new things. More documented paper works. Most of the HOD's are not kind. Work timings is long and sometimes forced to extend the work timings. Unwanted pressure will be pass on to all the members in team.
