Dislikes

Manager in US tend to keep control. Not great in learning Fires alot, very team specific this but some teams does alot. Visibility and control are in hands of some biased leaders.

Dislikes

There is negative work life balance, they don't listen to what you have to say. You have to stretch a lot to complete as they commit to very strict timelines and whoever is ready to work 24hrs are encouraged.
