I get to work on challenging projects and the team is supportive. The work-life balance is a big plus. Every alternative Thursday, we get a happy hour to play board games and relax. Also, the salary comes on time, making it easier to pay emi's on time :XD

Dislikes

The coffee machine and different types of good cookies are always there in the pantry, but that's just it.

I think the best thing is the innovative and learning culture within the company. The company's leave policy is very good and the salary gets credited timely every month. So, yeah, a good experience thus far.

The learning curve is steep, requiring an individual to make extra effort to stay top of things and it can be overwhelming sometimes.
