1. No work life balance. Seniors need training how to mentor. Being senior doesn't mean you know how to mentor. 2. Humiliating enviromnent. Any senior can shout on you even it can be handled very normally. 3. Its a School. People over here are of very low mindset. Specially Project Manager, she still behave as she is in school. All she know yelling, making unnecessary chaos, blame game. (Grow Up) 4. There favorite word is PRIORITY. There is no system how a work should define. They have tools just for the name so one could point out. In the end its all mess. 5. Day/Night anytime you can get a call. Either its 11pm or 12am. They dont care. They don't have sense of boundaries. They say, "blah blah" but the real truth is everthing is just talks. 6. They use Whatsapp. Personal and professional gets so mixed up. If somehow you miss a message on whatsapp, they will call you and say, "Why are you not checking Whatsapp?". (How mature) 7. Seniors are so overloaded with work, you won't get to learn anything. If somehow you do mistake, get ready for scolding. Its really a school. 8. Seniors are weak. They are also frustated with this working environment but can't do anything as upper management is very rigid. Overall my experience was worst. I dont recommend anyone to join this company. Even all 5 start rating you see over here and on Glassdoor are added by Company's existing employees only so that overall rating could go up.
