The workplace is plagued by bias,as as a senior manager (maintenance) employee cunning tactics to advance personal agendas,while the department head turns a blind eye.In addition,junior team members share the similar frustrations,citing the manager’s egregious lack of knowledge regarding plant maintenance,instrumentation automation,despite their pretentious claims of authority.

No culture. Management is not taking employee concerns seriously. No professional development except for the manager favourites. Too much of Politics by Women leaders. Very Bossy culture specifically in Pharmacovigilance team.

Salary hike in apotex is very minimum and also rarely promotions happen here. Too much Favouritism. Skill development is also limited at apotex. From last two years work culture has changed very drastically and apotex has become like some CRO.

In Apotex no safe to our life, because there is no job security, suddenly they were send out without care of employees,they are having families and commitment that and all not mind the top level,I came out and faced so much of consequences in my life, still I am struggling for get the job.
