Looking at the nature of work, top management remains involved in all projects. We understand and praise management for dedicating a lot of time and energy to motivating the teams and keeping them working hard. A lot of learning comes when Directors take the responsibility of training team members through individual site visits. The availability of management and their flexible approach to employees' work hours are promising. All three Directors keep a positive approach to helping the hard-working and dedicated team members.
