Likes

Fine training will be provided before the start of the project. Good team mates.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There are more dislikes than likes. Top and middle management don't know how to treat employees. Fewer salaries. No amenities/ facilities are provided such as tea, food, cab. No shift allowance is provided. 6 day work. The most awkward thing is one has to use access card to log out to go for washroom. Terrible rules and restrictions. Left the company in just 2 months.

Work Details

Work is mundane. Gets bored easily. No creative writing. Company has only one client for content writing. Hence, we can't learn anything from the work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Likes

I was hired and given no training nor any task for 2 months and then told that they don’t have any project for me to work on.. No job security. Me and other 2 people hired were made to resign. Clearly there’s nothing to like about Apex. Worthless company wasting people’s time!

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
