we have a lot of time to do our works and learn a lot of things outside. we can't expect a career growth because it is a government organization. Salary is good to living and a fresher can learn a lot under seniors and seniors are very supportive. I work under Mr. Srikanth (Project Manager), Seriously he gave me the good stuff.
