Good working environment, in this pandemic situation every bussiness is grim by covid 19. In this lockdown period company had assist us with good product training in online calls, not only trainings but also a gave safe guard calls for us.

Dislikes

As a product training and doing assistance in working period is excellent. but career growth is very slow. As a senior associate not satisfied for this salary. Otherwise there is no issue for working with ADSL(sundaram finance/Sundaram direct).

Struggles are quite common in every field, i am ok for work life in ADSL, if we manage smartly it will be good.

No. 1 forjury company 420 Mr. Bernald his right hank Dheepika R and 420 Suresh A. Firstly they will give fake JD refuse to give written JD with HR signature. Secondly through hike they will cheat you to relieve from your current organization. Then after joining only they will show their real face. If you decide to resign 420 Bernald will not allow you to serve notice period and like begger he will ask you to pay 1 month gross salary. Aparajitha will not be genuine with their Employees nor Clients. Almost each month Employees will be relieving and they will hire new Employees.
