There are multiple points but some much important like, Salary discription, Work Culture, Support and incriment. I am passed 15-16 Months and there is no appricial till the time even I am writing an email or raising a query no one here is get it resolve even no one try to connect also.

LIBERTY..... FLEXIBILITY.... Support from Senior Managers, colleagues & backend team... Introduction of new software/tools to smoothen & streamline the work process etc.. Good place to work.

Dislikes

There is no control on the misuse of Liberty provided to the employees. Old/experienced (in Aparajitha) employees take the new comers for granted, irrespective of the designation.

The approvals system has to be fix it properly.for one simple activity we have to take multiple approvals which is to be avoided. Also dislike the way of working of finance.not getting immediate support.even though sending approval mails amount not disbursing on time to particular executive account to procure the licenses.
