Good compensation at starting level.Free cab facility.

The work pressure is high and as they pay joining bonus and if you leave before 2 years then you have to return the same and management tries to take benefit for that by treating employee as bonded labor. No proper back up and training plan for fresher. Year end appraisal is not as per market standard. Also you will be able to figure out internal politics as who are close to management will get appraisal and others will be ignored. There is no cafeteria and games room....Read More

Compensation is good. Good exposure for self development. Travel opportunities are more. Company invests more on training and development. I like the rehire policy.

Dislikes

Work pressure is bit high. few managers don’t give importance to individuals unique strengths which leads to attrition.

I am happy that I was part of AON company. Great place to learn work and culture. Got an opportunity to travel onsite. Work life balance was good. Learning opportunities too good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
