There is no incentives. Very less appraisal. The company provides free transport facilities for the employees but those who don't get any transport facility due to non service area, they had to travel by their own in their own expenses as the company doesn't provide any traveling allowances to the employees. So, it's a little biased at this part.

Terrible compensation structure, year end increment is poor as well. They don't offer salary as per the market standards and you to have to put in a lot of efforts day in and day out. From my experience their is politics in the management.
