There is no work life balance, in most of the teams, specially in Credit assessment and Pre assessment. They expect you to work on weekends also, and do OT almost everyday. Compensation is very bad, less salary and less hike.

No Growth and Learning Opportunities, Toxic Culture, favoritism and hard push for diversity without any consideration for merit and competencies. No focus on delivery rather relationship, no culture of valuing it's people and customers.
