Good for coasting if you like that sort of a thing. Flexible work hours. You get paid.

Dislikes

Hikes are terrible. You need to build "repo" with people higher up (at the hq) to get by. You manager most probably will have no say in your career progression. There is no promotion cycle. You only get promoted if someone leaves or a position somehow becomes available. People at HQ are terribly insecure about their jobs so they wont let anyone least someone from offsite get ahead. Too much office politics. Too many restructures and reorganizations. There will be atleast 1 per year....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Best company if you love job security without any hunger for growth,skill development and being relevant in the Industry.

No Growth and Learning Opportunities, Toxic Culture, favoritism and hard push for diversity without any consideration for merit and competencies. No focus on delivery rather relationship, no culture of valuing it's people and customers.
