To start with, I love the mission of the company - "fighting climate change isn't an option, it's our utmost duty". The company genuinely cares for Mother Earth, the penguins of Antarctica, their clients, and most importantly their team members. Ofcourse, the two founders - Kumail & Mathieu are excellent at what they are doing but more importantly they are incredible mentors to all their team members. You wouldn't like working here if you're *that* person who doesn't like natural sunlight or co-existing with wonderful indoor plants. ;)
