Salary slip include deduction of LTA & GRATUITY which a company pays you and give tax benefit if you spend anything related to leave travel allowance but here these people are deducting from your salary and giving you in annual bases. That means giving your money to you and if you left before an year or after some years then you will not get the deducted amount which is deducting from your salary every month. After HR discussion, HR managers are not giving you salary what was discussed or providing you salary annexure in such a way that you are getting discussed amout but actually salary will be credited after deducting more than 15k every month. Variable bonus is just a clause mentioned in bullet pointers in offer letter but still not part of salary components. You even cannot believe that you are actually getting variable amount because it is not mentioned in your salary slip anywhere. So when you want to switch to other companies you will not be able to make than understand that it is actually part of your CTC.
