They hire in bulk without any projects in hand. They show you big dreams, claiming they do this and that, but they are essentially just resource providers to foreign clients. Even after project deployment, there isn’t much work. After a few months, they lay off people without any prior notice, citing changes in client requirements as the reason. In July 2024, they laid off 300 people from Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Chennai. Layoffs happen every quarter without fail. Omnicom Media Group being a big 4 brand I don't know how can they put up with something like annalect, but it's their one of their ad agencies. Around yours peers you will get to do the same work as everyone does

They gave you the salary as you except and having good work and life balance because from one year there is nothing to do work. They don't have work for there employees. Eventually Layoffs was starded. Every day policy has changed.

They did not give proper training to me and overloaded with lot of activities as soon as I joined and after 4 months they evaluated my performance and forced me to resign without considering my points also deducted the joining bonus in full and final settlement

Worst politics.. Specially Ravi namboori and some directors worst management. Played favouritism and threw hardworking people. Ruined career of so many people. Hired in bulk just to show his numbers and fired in bulk without even thinking once. Haywire management and employee expirence team. No value. CTC is not employee friendly.
