Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You

The things i like working at Anjaybee Infotech is we are working as a team with combination of people i.e khasi, nepali, manipuri, nagamese, garo..etc i can learn their language with their help..and sometimes when there is no current we used to play games..

Anjaybee is the first company that i really feel sad and fell lost when i heard its going to shutdown on 15 feb 2014. I never get bore when it was time for me to go to work..but i really feel bad that it shutdown.. n i really missed them all. hi
