Company is the best when it comes to the services of the project. But when it comes to the management is not good. More complaining and problems should need a solutions for their worker and staff. It should be give an immediate action to the problem and recommendation.

I would say i learn a lot on how hard to work in 10 hrs a day.Add to experience the things you never know and be patient to your co workers/team.
