No job security. Work culture also not friendly, no proper training for new employee. No salary hikes for old/new staff. Management is stubborn and not listening to employee. Accounts department also lazy , not settling vouchers or advance on time. Company policies are worst, no insurance or mediclame for employee or seniors. Staff is also not co-operative. Overall experience is very bad. No any get together or any meeting with staff with managment. I recommend if any one want to join Anatek please avoid....Read More
